• Unified Flat Fee: For Astro Consultations, whether you prefer Voice Call, Video Call, or Live Chat, the fee remains identical. You select your preferred format when booking.
• First-Time Astro Consultation Rule (₹1,051 vs ₹2,100): First-time clients pay Flat ₹1,051/- (Regular ₹2,100 — 50% introductory discount). Our server strictly validates whether the authenticated account has any prior confirmed, scheduled, or completed consultations. All returning clients pay the standard Flat ₹2,100/-. Only one open Astro booking is allowed per user at a time.
• Vaastu Consultation Pricing: Flat ₹15,000/- (discounted from ₹25,000) is the standing promotional price available to all clients (residential, commercial, or industrial) with no first-time restriction.
• Kundli Full PDF Report: Instant online chart viewing is permanently free. A comprehensive, formatted downloadable PDF report is available for a one-time fee of Flat ₹501/-.
• No Surprise Meter Deductions: You pay a single flat fee upfront per booking. There are no sudden call cut-offs or hidden recurring deductions.

2. Free Calculators & Content Guarantee

We firmly believe foundational Vedic knowledge must remain accessible to all seekers. The following services are permanently 100% free with no credit card or payment required:

• Zero Gateway Fees: All consultations and digital reports are payable exclusively via direct UPI transfer (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Cred) by scanning the scannable QR code pre-filled with the exact booking amount and reference, or paying to our verified UPI ID: 9310709233m@pnb (Payee: AAPKA ASTRO).
• Manual Bank Verification: To ensure zero transaction commissions for our seekers, we avoid third-party payment gateways. Bookings are manually verified by our sanctum desk against physical bank account credit. Screenshots submitted via WhatsApp (+91 93112 15564) and UTR entries are verified before consultation slots are confirmed.
• Outside India Payments: International seekers without Indian UPI access may click "Message us on WhatsApp" during checkout to coordinate alternative international transfer methods.
• Goods & Services Tax (GST): Displayed rates are inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes where required.

• Rescheduling Notice: Clients may reschedule confirmed consultations at zero fee by providing at least 4 hours' prior notice on WhatsApp (+91 93112 15564) or Email.
• No-Show Policy: Appointments carry a 15-minute grace period. If a client fails to attend without prior notice, the session is marked completed.
